Your Legal Duty
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, a Fire Risk Assessment is a legal requirement for:

- Communal areas of blocks of flats or HMOs
- Workplaces with more than 5 employees
- Properties where members of the public visit
